Delivery:
All gifts and experiences can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request.
Please ensure the correct delivery address with phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked. In case of perishable items like flowers and cake repeat delivery will not be possible and no refunds will be available.
If an experience pack goes astray in post, we will provide a duplicate free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible for this.
Delivery on the exact date required is available for perishable items like wine/ flowers/ cake. All other items will be delivered on or before the actual delivery date required.
There are no guarantees for courier shipments – we try and deliver to you as required however in various conditions beyond our control there could be delays.
Exchange Rates:
Our base pricing is in Indian Rupees however you may use a credit card from any other country to pay for products. The prices in US Dollars and Great Britain Pounds are provided for indicative purpose only. The actual rate applicable by your bank on the date of processing will be what you will be charged.
Complaints & Liability:
We welcome your feedback on all of our gifts and experiences. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of your experience manager or contact us at Customer Care as soon as possible, so we have a chance to put matters right. If your problem is not resolved on the day, please contact our Customer Care and we will be happy to take the matter up with the supplier.
Whilst we take every care in choosing our suppliers, inclusion of an experience in our range does not mean that we guarantee the safety standards or satisfactory performance of any of the experience suppliers. Also at times despite taking care to ensure timely execution – due to reasons beyond our control there could be delays or missed timelines because of traffic related problems, courier delivery delays or National Holidays. Exciting Lives’ liability for any claim of breach of obligation because of – but not limited to – the factors mentioned above regarding any single voucher, item or experience shall not exceed the price of that experience.
Zocivoci and it’s employees or Directors are not responsible for claims arising from personal injury, death due to the negligence, delays in implementation or any other losses of any kind that you may face while participating in any of the experiences or products purchased. By purchasing and booking any activity you do so at your own risk and with the knowledge that there could be delays and/ or injuries in case of sports and adventure related activities.
International Shipping:
We ship some products outside India. As per international shipping regulations there may be Customs Duty or other taxes that may be levied by the Governments of the consignee countries. In such cases these duties need to be paid by the consignee. We are not aware of regulations for different products in different countries and cannot predict this at the time of purchase. Delivery times are only estimates and we do not provide guarantees for these because of a variety of factors involved in international shipping. Due to the nature of these shipments we are unable to offer any refunds for the same.

All prices quoted in our promotional literature and on our website do not include taxes and these may be charged extra as you check out. We reserve the right to increase the price of any item without notice.

All the above terms and conditions apply as a condition of using any voucher, whether or not the voucher holder is the original purchaser. Zocivoci reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with Indian law. The purchaser and Zocivoci agree that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of the Ahmedabad courts.
