I recently ordered a "Caricature by Profession" from Zoci Voci for my sister. The concept was really nice and the delivery was quick, with secure packaging. While she appreciated the gift, she wasn’t too happy with how her face turned out in the caricature.

One thing I feel could improve the experience is having a preview option. Currently, you just upload a few photos and hope for the best. It would be great if you could see and tweak the final design before confirming the order, like some other platforms offer.

Overall, it's a creative and fun gifting idea, but a bit of personalization control would make it even better.
