12 Months Software Warranty

If you buy via zocivoci.com, you get a software warranty of 1 year. The warranty covers any software/server related issues in the 1 year period from delivery date.

Steps to avail:

  1. If you are facing any troubles with communication over the lamps, write an email to [email protected]. Mention your order number and registered email id for the connected lamps.
  2. Our team will check their status server side and troubleshoot it server side.
  3. If needed, we will arrange a video call to see the lamps real time and update their code.

Exceptions:

  1. Any hardware defects in the electronics, physical body or the power cable

7 Days Replacement Policy

If you have received the lamp with any defect, within 7 days of delivery date, please write to us at [email protected]. Do mention the issue you are facing along with your order number and registered email id (on the lamp if the lamps are set up). Our team will arrange a video call to resolve the issue. If this is a hardware problem in the electronics, sensors or the switch, we will issue a replacement lamp/lamps. The defective lamps will be picked up by our courier team. But you will have to keep them packed well in the original packing box. Please note that we do not accept returns.

Lifetime support

Regardless of the time of delivery, you can reach out to us anytime with any issues with the lamp. If we can, we will sort out the issue online with a software update. If it is a hardware issue, we will support with replacement of parts. Please note that this will be a paid service and you will have to send the lamps back to us. The safety of lamps in transit will have to be taken care of by you. You can write to us at [email protected].
