How does it work?
Voicy connects to your wifi and then whenever you send a color or record a voice note, sends it to connected voicy lamps and mobile apps.
Is there a limit on the distance between?
No, there is no limit on the distance. The lamps work globally until you have a wifi connection/ mobile hotspot. One in India, other in US - lamps work.
How is it better than other Telepathy lamps?
Telepathy lamps can only send colors. While Voicy can send voice messages. Also, the color change is very easy for voicy.
What does the app do?
With the Voicy app, you can do all of the following:
1) Send color/voice message to your voicy lamp
2) Receive color/voice messages - Get notified and hear them
3) List of last 5 voice messages on the group - To hear or download.
4) Control brightness, volume and mute notifications for the lamp
How many lamps can i connect?
There is no limit to it. You can connect a big family with over 10 members. And all lamps would be connected to the same group.
I use Voicy to stay connected with my kids while I’m at office. They send me small messages like “Mumma khana kha liya” or “Homework done”. I reply from the app saying “Good job beta” or “I’ll be home soon”. At night they even send “Good night Mumma”. The joy on their face when the lamp glows is priceless.…
