How long does it take to process an order?
Orders placed before 12 PM ship the same day. Metros get next-day delivery, other areas 2–7 days. Check your pincode for an accurate date.
Can I get a preview of my order?
Since every piece is handmade by our artists, we don’t generate a computer preview. But with 3 lakh+ delighted customers, your photo will come out beautiful.
What is your return policy?
Any defects or damage? You get a free replacement within 7 days. Customized products cannot be returned.
What are the different base options?
We offer 3 base options for engraved lamps:
- Warm White – steady warm glow, perfect as a night lamp.
- RGB Light – soft, auto-changing colours with a beautiful transitioning effect.
- Warm Light + BT Speaker – warm light plus a Bluetooth speaker to play music/songs from your phone.
Which materials are used?
We use 5 mm transparent acrylic for the lamp. Wooden base is made of real pine.
