Earlier, I was not satisfied with the end product that was sent as there was a mistake in placement of pictures.. So I reached out to their customer care and after listening to my concern very patiently, Mr Sahil who attended my call, very professionally and with a very positive and helpful attitude, acknowledged my concern and helped me in rectifying it. He immediately arranged for a replacement and got it delivered within a day. This is what really is taking customer satisfaction seriously…. I have ordered three caricatures as Rakhi gift from zoci Voci so far and I am loving the quality of their products and especially their customer satisfaction attitude.
