How long does it take to process an order?
Orders placed before 12 PM ship the same day. Metros get next-day delivery, other areas 2–7 days. Check your pincode for an accurate date.
Can I get a preview of my order?
Since every piece is handmade by our artists, we don’t generate a computer preview. But with 3 lakh+ delighted customers, your photo will come out beautiful.
What is your return policy?
Any defects or damage? You get a free replacement within 7 days. Customized products cannot be returned.
What is the design process of caricatures?
We convert each photo into a cartoonish avatar, which blends directly with the caricature pose. Every cutout is customized with hair details. This makes the cartoon look alive.
What are the materials and print quality?
We directly UV print upon 5 mm white acrylic. This gives the caricature up to 20 year of life span indoors with no change in print. No MDF/vinyl work, like other market options, which do not have life.
Do you offer caricatures with light?
Yes. We have recently started this feature in selected designs. You can find this option while placing the order. The light works on 2 AA batteries.
