The customer support is commendable. I have never seen such a good service. My lamp (after about 10 months) stopped working so I contacted them through email. Their team is so prompt that they replied within a day and provided a solution. I sent them the lamp and they fixed it very quickly, kept me updated, even changed the old wire themselves (which wasn't even the main problem). I received it back within a week and am now using it just like before.
I ordered a set of music lamps and found that it has some issue with my home wifi. When I reported that, the zocivoci team was very helpful in taking the item back and sending me this beautiful toddler lamp as a replacement and delivered it on time and refunded the balance amount after they received the returned item.
