Such a cute product to share with a loved one. I initially had issues connecting the lamp to my WiFi but I had great tech support from Deepak. It took multiple calls and he was very patient with me but we finally solved the issue. Such a cute product and so much fun to share with our loved ones. Always happy to see my lamp light up randomly!!! Helps you feel connected to your loved ones.
I liked the gift, it's a novelty !!! Personalization makes it unique and appealing. The build quality is good and has room for improvement. I would look for a 3D acrylic model, preferably revolving or a 3D laser holographic image and some soft music with lights. Making it programmable like an album would be a delight !!!
Loved the uniqueness and quality of the frame. I shared an HD photo for better facial detailing, engraving detail could be slightly better but still a great product overall.
