I came to know about ZOCI VOCI through
Amazon. I want to gift a customised lamp. At first, I was apprehensive whether ZOCI VOCI will deliver my goods or not. Then i wrote a query and they contacted me. They answered all of my queries. There professional behaviour convinced me thay they are going to fulfill my requirements.

While ordering I was hesitating a bit after seeing one review on Amazon that the product stopped working after few days and after sale service is not good.

Hearin I am giving my honest review:

Before ordering, Ruby from Zoci Voci cleared all my doubts.

After ordering artist Vijay tolerated all my requests....... Going on changing design after design before it was finalized.......

My parcel was also delivered safely in a hard box via BlueDart.

As my address hangs outside it looks so elegant that anyone passing by turns around to have a look on it. I am enjoying it watching the same through my outdoor CCTV camera.

I ordered directly from them instead of via Amazon. Everything is quite good but the price is a little high. When requesting for discount Ruby said:

"Discount will not be possible sir
You will remember us for good quality and not for discounts

We assure that u will have people coming to u to get our number for this name plate
That's our guarantee"

I came cross ZOCI VOCI thru Amazon only. I was wanting to print Caricature standee with the Cartoon I had handy. With the existing model they charge 499, if they have to made a new model/mould for us, they ll do that too for 999. It worth the effort. All we need to do is share whatever image with high quality for better result.

I'm really very happy about their service, I didn't even had a call everything thru what's app conversation only, they have been responding to all my questions, understood my requirement clearly, i had to check the quality of the image mulitple times for me and they were very co-operate. I must say their delivery was on time even though I delayed one day to provide the apt picture.
I'm so happy about the product received.
On time. Understanding the need. Very Co-operative. At ease to place orders...
